2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or promotional sale products

  • Products that have been altered or tampered with

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product:

  • Include your order number and photos/videos of the product

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

4. Refund Timeline and Method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • EasyPaisa and JazzCash refunds are returned to the original account.

  • COD refunds are processed through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our end (wrong or defective product), we cover shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the item is in stock.
